Per 1 januari 2026 worden deze griffierechten verhoogd. De bedragen worden ge\u00efndexeerd met het percentage waarmee de consumentenprijsindex (CPI) sinds de vorige indexering is gestegen (periode van 31 juli 2024 tot en met 31 juli 2025). Volgens het Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek is de CPI (totalen alle huishoudens) in die periode gestegen van 131,82 naar 135,69, een stijging van 2,94%.<\/p>\n<p>De nieuwe bedragen zijn gepubliceerd in de Staatscourant. Het griffierecht voor belastingzaken in eerste aanleg gaat voor natuurlijke personen van \u20ac&nbsp;53 naar \u20ac&nbsp;54. Voor een aantal belastingzaken geldt voor natuurlijke personen een hoger tarief. Dat tarief gaat van \u20ac&nbsp;194 naar \u20ac&nbsp;200. Voor rechtspersonen geldt in eerste aanleg voor alle belastingzaken eenzelfde tarief. Dat tarief stijgt van \u20ac&nbsp;385 naar \u20ac&nbsp;397.<\/p>\n<p>In hoger beroep en cassatie gelden hogere griffierechten. Voor natuurlijke personen stijgt het tarief van \u20ac&nbsp;143 naar \u20ac&nbsp;147, respectievelijk van \u20ac&nbsp;289 naar \u20ac&nbsp;297.
