Oorspronkelijk moest de wet uiterlijk op 7 juni 2026 ingaan, maar dat blijkt niet haalbaar. De overheid heeft meer tijd nodig om de regels goed uit te werken. Het doel is dat werkgevers de nieuwe verplichtingen straks effectief kunnen uitvoeren, met zo min mogelijk administratieve lasten. De overheid wil het wetsvoorstel nog v&oacute;&oacute;r eind 2025 aanbieden aan de Raad van State. Daarna volgt de behandeling in het parlement in 2026. Werkgevers met 150 of meer werknemers moeten dan voor het eerst rapporteren over het kalenderjaar 2027, in plaats van 2026.
