Zij beweert dat de gemeente onvoldoende snel heeft beslist over haar bezwaar tegen de WOZ-waarde. De heffingsambtenaar van de gemeente beweert juist dat de uitspraak wel binnen de termijn is verzonden. Als bewijs van verzending legt hij een printscreen van zijn postregistratiesysteem over.<\/p>\n<p>De rechtbank oordeelt dat de heffingsambtenaar niet overtuigend heeft aangetoond dat de uitspraak op bezwaar daadwerkelijk tijdig is verzonden. De printscreen uit het postregistratiesysteem en de enkele stelling dat de uitspraak op bezwaar is aangeboden aan PostNL, zijn niet voldoende. Hierdoor wordt aangenomen dat de uitspraak op bezwaar te laat bekend is gemaakt.
