De KIA blijft vervolgens gelijk tot een investeringsbedrag van &euro; 129.194, om daarna af te nemen met 7,56% van het meerdere. Vanaf een totaal investeringsbedrag van &euro; 387.580 bedraagt de KIA nihil.&nbsp;Door uw investeringen slim te plannen kunt u de KIA optimaliseren. De KIA geldt niet voor alle bedrijfsmiddelen.<\/p>\n<p>In aanvulling op de KIA heeft u mogelijk recht op energie-investeringsaftrek (EIA) of op milieu-investeringsaftrek (MIA).<\/p>\n<h4>Milieu- en energie-investeringen<\/h4>\n<p>De MIA is een subsidieregeling voor de investering in milieuvriendelijke bedrijfsmiddelen. De aftrekpercentages van de MIA wijzigen in 2025 niet ten opzichte van 2024. De hoogte van de percentages is afhankelijk van de categorie waarin het bedrijfsmiddel is ingedeeld. Voor categorie I bedraagt de aftrek 45%, voor categorie II 36% en voor categorie III 27%. De EIA is een subsidieregeling voor de investering in energiezuinige bedrijfsmiddelen. De aftrek bedraagt in 2024 en 2025 40% van het investeringsbedrag.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Om in aanmerking te komen voor MIA of EIA moet de investering per bedrijfsmiddel ten minste &euro; 2.500 bedragen.<\/p>\n<h4>Plan de verkoop van bedrijfsmiddelen<\/h4>\n<p>Bij de verkoop van bedrijfsmiddelen, waarvoor u eerder KIA heeft gehad, moet u een deel van het genoten voordeel terugbetalen als de verkoop plaatsvindt binnen vijf jaar na het begin van het kalenderjaar van aanschaf.
