Het voordeel is dat zij bij gebruikmaking van de regeling geen bewijsstukken van de werkelijke verblijfskosten hoeven te bewaren. In 2024 gaat het om een bedrag van &euro; 48 (2023: &euro; 45). Aan deze regeling&nbsp;is een aantal voorwaarden verbonden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Een rit moet langer duren dan 24 uur.<\/li>\n<li>De verste bestemming ligt buiten Nederland.<\/li>\n<li>De regeling geldt voor alle meerdaagse ritten in dat jaar.<\/li>\n<li>Het aantal gereden dagen moet aan de hand van tachograafschijven, facturen of rittenstaten onderbouwd kunnen worden.<\/li>\n<li>De vertrek- en terugkomdag tellen elk mee voor een halve dag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De regeling geldt niet voor ondernemers, die onder de vennootschapsbelasting vallen.<\/p>\n<div style=\"font-size:smaller\" class=\"im_source\">Bron:Belastingdienst | publicatie | 01-04-2024<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Transportondernemers, die meerdaagse internationale ritten maken, kunnen een vast bedrag per gereden dag aan verblijfskosten ten laste van hun winst brengen.
